Some people might say that addiction is a strong word. I will assure you that it is not. The way we can become addicted to cigarettes, alcohol or drugs we could also become addicted to food. It is as hard to release ourselves of this addiction just as it is in all the other types of addictions.

This usually happens when you are on diet. As you are drawn to that fridge’ so many other people are and they will fall in the temptation to eat that greasy and unhealthy food.
The meaning of food addiction is that a living being is not able to stay away from food no matter what that food is.
