Wilkes University’s study, conducted on 112 students who had a diary of sex contacts and who sent saliva samples for the study, showed that those who had sex once or twice a week had a higher level of Immunoglobulin A, in comparison to the other students participating in the study and who didn’t had regular sex.

Did you know that 30 minutes of sex “burn” at least 85 calories? Maybe it does not seem too much to you, but if you make a simple calculation, you will notice that in 21 hours of sex you will burn 3570 calories, more than enough to lose half a kilo of weight.

Sex improves the health of the heart
A 20-year British study has shown that men who have sex twice a week or even more often have a 50% lower risk of having a heart attack than those who have sex once a month, or less often.
You also need to know that although older men fear that sexual intercourse could cause a stroke, medical studies could not show any connection between the frequency of sexual acts and the probability of triggering a stroke.
