Granola

‘As for the first day of the day, researchers believe that people who eat breakfast regularly feel more alert, less prone to obesity, and are healthier in general.

Even at low risk of diabetes and heart disease,’ Huffington Post writes.

Although the importance of breakfast is most likely to be known by everyone, not everyone has the time to include real-life foods early in the morning. The following recommendations are the preferences of breakfast experts selected on the “fast and nutritional” principle. But, besides, which are the best frozen breakfasts?

Natural, healthy, and fast fresh breakfasts

Yogurt parfait

Maybe it will not look very good at the first glance but certainly the yogurt parfait will have a great taste.

Yogurt can be assorted with strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, granola, and coconut flakes.

Besides, our advice is to add a teaspoon of peanut butter that will make your stomach to accept the yogurt much easier.

Granola

From time to time, you can see granola through the shops and, if you have not tried the mixture of grains, oats, nuts, and honey so far, it’s time to do it.

Add yogurt, almond milk, or simply eat it as such.

Watch out for one thing, to keep your breakfast healthy and take care of your blood pressure. Your breakfast shouldn’t be full of sugar.

Granola can also be prepared in your home.

Eggs with herbs

Maybe it will look strange to you, but if you have a bunch of veggies THAT remained from the dinner preparation, all you have to do is put eggs on them.

Prepare your eggs as you like and add greens (lettuce, green onions etc.) along with them, possibly along with some sriracha sauce. If you’re out of time, you can put the eggs in the microwave.

Oatmeal with currants

This recipe will take you a little longer than five minutes when you prepare it for the first time but then everything will become very easy and will turn into a breakfast that will last like for 5 seconds.

When you have time, make a mix of oatmeal with almond milk, cinnamon, and nuts. Bake it in the oven and keep it baked for 40 minutes. Decorate it with currants and you’ll have a delicious breakfast for the whole week.

Toast with avocado

Perhaps the pictures of the avocado vegetable are constantly appearing on your Instagram account or on the culinary pages that you read.

So, why do not you have yours?

It’s a real trend to consume avocados, because the world has suddenly discovered what extraordinary qualities it has.

In short, fry bread, put avocado over it, and if you have time, add an egg, for some extra protein.

Avocado with egg in the hole

How does that sound? Completely crazy, of course, but it’s another trend that involves avocados.

This recipe can be made in the oven or, if you are out of time, even at the microwave. It’s a combination of protein and fat that will keep you fit all day.

Smoothie

If you have a blender at your fingertips, then this breakfast will soon become familiar to you.

Get some fruits, cut them, mix them with milk or water, put them in the blender and, soon, you’ll get a quick and healthy breakfast.

Bananas and peanut butter

If you like peanut butter (and why would’t you like it?), this fast paced breakfast will keep you in shape at least until noon.

Cut one banana, put peanut butter over it and possibly fold it in a tortilla-like corn without gluten.

Rice cakes

The rice cakes (found in any supermarket) are suitable for any meal, especially for breakfast, where you can cover them with peanut butter, avocado, or anything else.

Cereals and almond milk

This is the easiest choice of breakfast as long as you put the cereal in a bowl and add almond milk over it.

However, go ahead and add a banana while taking into account the quality of the grain used. Specifically, be careful not to contain much sugar.

Here are top 3 best frozen breakfasts

Salty muffins

It is a great breakfast idea. And you can relish them with a hard boiled egg or a low-fat slice of cheese.

A simple quinoa muffin recipe:

  • 1 cup of boiled quinoa
  • 1 cup of cut vegetables (pumpkin, bell pepper, broccoli)
  • ½ cup of feta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 egg whites
  • salt and pepper

Heat the oven to 176 degrees.

Beat the eggs and combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Use 6 forms of muffins and fill them with the composition. Bake them for 30 minutes.

Tips: Prepare the salty muffins since the weekend and keep them in a freezer, individually wrapped in protective foil and then put in a food bag.

Fruits and vegetables mix for smoothie

When you have no time to wash and clean the fruits and vegetables for smoothie, on every morning, I give you a suggestion.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients and put them in a freezer, in a bag, for further preparation. Is not that a great idea?

In the morning you just put them in the blender, you mix for a few seconds and the smoothie is ready. And the good part about smoothie is that you can drink it on your way to work. Also, if the smoothie contain bananas, apples, and even few whole grains biscuits it will be a great ice-cold nutritious breakfast.

Mix some frozen fruits and/or vegetables and add milk.

Tips: Use yogurt because it will make the ingredients mix better and it will give them a more creamy consistency!

Granola

Granola can be done in the house with minimal effort.

Simply mix in a bowl few servings of whole grains, nuts and seeds, and dried fruits (go for your favorite fruits), and add 2 ingredients to tie them up, such as honey and coconut butter.

Stretch the composition into a tray covered with baking paper, and bake for 10 minutes until the ingredients get brownish. Be careful not to burn them because they will change their taste.

Put the servings of granola in small bags and keep them in the freezer for the morning when you do not have time for a thoroughly prepared breakfast.

Tips: Granola served with yogurt and/or milk is a delicious substitute for whole grains, which have no particular taste if consumed as such.

These are the best frozen breakfasts made at home, with 100% natural ingredients and additives-free. Enjoy!
