As the summer holidays coming, everyone is heading to book travels, so I thought it would catch an article like this. Some choose the train, and others the bus. By train I did not travel so much, as I used to go by car and bus when I needed to go somewhere, so I will not say anything about trains. I will talk about some logical tips for your bus trip, hopefully that you’ll learn something new for your next journey.
Remember the bus’s registration number
It sounds weird, but to tell you a funny story.
I have once came back from New York, and at the stop, the driver pulled up next to another bus from the same company.
Finally, when I went back, I looked at a woman I had never seen in the first bus. Soon, I found out that I was in the wrong bus jut because I had the carelessness not to check the bus registration number.
This funny thing happened because there were two buses of the same company, sharing the same model, trims, color, and so on.
Respect the pause time
If the driver tells you that the break is 15 minutes, then that’s it.
No more, no less.
It does not have much, because there is no time on the chart, and the driver does not stand. Do not be surprised if you wake up alone, the coach left, but without you, because you wanted to enjoy your coffee.
People transporting people are working harder than those on the construction site. They come from one race and go to another.
They are crowded and tired.
Their only desire when they are in the race is to get to bed and sleep. Do not underestimate them, that you will wake up in the middle of the field, in a hanging harness.
Avoid juices, especially the acidified ones
Everyone knows that juices are imbalanced and create a feeling of discomfort. Especially on a 6-8 hour road where you have a maximum of two breaks.
If you want to drink something on the way, buy something without acid, or, best of all, a still water.
In addition to being a very good digestive stimulus, it bothers you with something unseen and many drink it out of reflex.
What many do not know is that at night, coffee has a sleeping effect, especially if it is after 23 o’clock.
Your body, even if it does not do anything, is called up harder, because it first comes in a position becomes awkward after a few hours.
Do not eat much before hitting the road
Especially no fatty foods. Best, take a lean snack.
If you suffer from car sickness, take some calcium
The car sick is due to the lack lack of calcium.
No matter what, do not look at the side window. Instead do a pleasant activity such as reading playing on your mobile phone, or whatever.
Anything that would detour you from the car sickness is beneficial.
Adopt a lightweight outfit
Do not dress in your tight shirt, shoes, or God-knows what other clothes that would make your space get tighter.
Opt for light and wider clothes.
Applying these common-sense tips for your bus trip would turn your bus trip into a pleasant one.
