- Frozen Yogurt
Even if it has fewer calories than ice cream, the frozen yogurt is still not very healthy. Many of the types of frozen yogurt contain novice ingredients, including carrageenan, an alga that encourages the development of stomach cancer.
- Cereals with chocolate or fruits flavors
Even though cereals are good for weight loss and health, in general, those which has chocolate or fruits flavors added are not at all healthy. These flavors are not natural and these types of cereals contain lots of other additives and preservatives.
- Low fat products
Studies in the field have shown that low fat foods do not help you to lose weight, but even double the harmful effects of fats. When fat is removed from products such as yogurt, butter or milk, manufacturers add sugar to these products so that the taste remains good.
- White flour
Discard any pretzel, brioche, and white bread, or anything containing white flour. In the refining process, the white flour remains without any trace of fiber and nutrients. It is discolored and then receives synthetic nutrients. Carbohydrates in it are linked to obesity. Consume instead whole flour products.
