Most people decide to lose weight from the desire of being more beautiful and of good looking! Diets are many and they can be easily improved with ingredients which can complement our meals and which can provide us the expected results. The wine has always complemented our dinners, our nights out, our fun with friends and most of all our romantic dates.

When it comes to diet, what most people have in mind are: painful trainings, drastic food programs and the fact that they must avoid certain foods that they love. The idea is that diet plus sports can be very helpful and they can provide amazing results; not to mention that if you avoid sweets or junk food, you will increase your metabolism’s process and results will be seen immediately!

But each of these things can be improved in order to provide better and easy results. These better and easy results depend on your ambition in the first place, on your determination to achieve them and to maintain them on the long term and they also depend on the fact if you really want to go through this weight loss process- if you wish it enough or not! It is not going to be easy, but it is going to worth it!

In fact, it is all about being healthier and this thing is worth a lot! Studies have shown that the Mediterranean diet is the healthiest diet one can have and that it gathers amazing aliments which are able to support your body, your organism and your immune system through the entire day! These aliments are a source of vitamins, a source of minerals, an important source of antioxidants which can assure you a better health’s condition and the daily energy dosage! And if you add a glass of wine each day to your diet you will feel even better. The step to do such thing is easy!

You just have to choose your diet (opt for something which can provide your body the daily needed dosage of protein, of vitamins, of minerals and of antioxidants; and these things can be taken out of natural juices, white meat only, fresh fruits and fresh vegetables- something which the Mediterranean diet has plenty of) and after lunch time or dinner time you just have a glass of wine for a plus of antioxidants and of important oligo-elements. The wine or better said a glass of wine works just right for your entire body.

Have a glass of wine for 7 days straight and you will feel the difference. You will be more energized, you will face stress easier, you will no longer feel like you are tired and without any mood, your mood will improve for the better, you will start to lose weight- you can lose up to 3 kilograms in the first week- and to reshape your body!

As long as everything is moderated and in small quantities cannot injure your body or your health’s condition! You will add Calcium to your body daily, you will add Potassium, Magnesium, vitamin C, the vitamin B complex and lots of antioxidants.

And if you opt for a diet things will go even better for yourself simply because educating yourself to eat right actually you educate yourself to embrace a brand-new lifestyle: a balanced lifestyle. Losing nights out or stress or depression or anxiety, lack of sleep, a stressful job, toxic relationships are noxious factors for our health and you need a cure and a treatment, long lasting protection and something which can easily help your body out.

Start your day with a great breakfast- a bowl of cereals with low fat milk or with a natural yoghourt; egg-whites with turkey ham or with chicken ham and a cup of Green Tea (the Green Tea can easily replace your morning coffee and like this you provide vitamins and antioxidants to your body starting from the morning; you cannot have a glass of wine in the morning; you need to stimulate digestion during the day not when your stomach is empty); then you can continue with an easy lunch- perhaps a salad, a colorful salad- the more color your salad has the tastiest it is and you can complement your lunch with a glass of wine and if you feel for a snack then you can have a fresh fruit or some pieces of dark chocolate- another source of antioxidants and of brain protection.

It is extremely important to have complementary foods and drinks for your body to receive only what is best: the best source of antioxidants, the best source of vitamins, the best source of minerals- in order to be protected against damages! With a glass of wine per day and the right diet you will be able to focus better and to have more energy and when you will see the results of this diet you will be more than happy about it and you will be able to start a new lifestyle. Maybe you are too busy for a balanced lifestyle. There is no time to go to the gym or to have 3 meals per day.

Maybe you work too much and when you get home you do not feel like you want to eat something. But there will always be room for a glass of wine! Have it before your night sleep and you will sleep better and you will be more relaxed! Just the way they form first before birth, the heart and the brain are the first organs to suffer damages with each day that passes. And it must be awful to forget who you are, who are your parents or relatives?
