Nerve Renew is a nutritional supplement based on natural ingredients that claims to treat neuropathy symptoms.
Millions of people suffer from neuropathy symptoms that range from nerve pain to burning sensations and tingling in the legs, feet, and hands. A quality supplement that claims to help neuropathy individuals reduce such symptoms significantly seems like a gift from Heaven.
The sole thought of having access to such a product fills many sufferers with hope. And that’s what Nerve Renew does. It claims to help people ameliorate their neuropathy symptoms.
But does it really work or is just a way of making money giving false expectations to people who really need to reduce their pain? Let’s find out more in today’s post.
What is Nerve Renew?
Nerve Renew is a nutritional supplement using natural ingredients targeting the reduction of neuropathy symptoms. Besides claiming to alleviate symptoms such as numbness and tingling in the hands and legs, the product claims to improve one’s overall health by strengthening nerve linings, improving one’s coordination and balance, and reducing anxiety and stress.
Formerly known as Neuropathy Support Formula and advertised as being “the most complete nerve supplement on the market”, the product claims that the benefits one can enjoy by using it can be achieved thanks to the following ingredients:
- Vitamin B1 300mg
- Vitamin B2 4mg
- Vitamin B6 4mg
Nerve Renew also contains R-Alpha Lipoic Acid 150mg, Vitamin D 500IU and the proprietary blend including Feverfew Extract, Oat Straw Extract, Passionflower Extract, and Skullcap Extract. What makes the product stand out according to its manufacturer is the quality of the ingredients used.
All of them come from natural sources and many of them are NIR (near-infrared) tested which means the ingredients have been screened for contaminants and their purity, quality, and potency have been tested.
Nerve Renew benefits
The company claims the vitamin B the product contains is three times more effective than the one other such supplements include, which makes it possible for it to reach the cells that need it the most in a greater quantity.
Health improvements should be significant even after the first week of use. Still, the company recommends taking the supplement on a regular basis for 4 months to enjoy its full benefits.
What makes the product seem too good to be true is not only this significant symptom reduction but the fact that one can enjoy the benefits without any side effects. At least, that’s what the company claims.
Still, B2 has an RDA of 1.2mg to 1.4mg per day for adults. High doses of vitamin B2 can cause side effects such as diarrhea and increase in urine. Then, passionflower is known for causing various side effects including confusion, inflamed blood vessels, and dizziness.
The supplement is backed by more than 20 clinical studies that have shown the supplement works as advertised. While that might be so, you should keep in mind that the studies have used the injectable formula and not the oral one.
It is well-known that injectables are more effective than oral supplements and help one enjoy the benefits faster. Oral formulas can lose their potency and effectiveness during the digestion process.
Moreover, most of these studies have used mice as subjects and not humans, and even though significant benefits have been noticed in mice, it does not mean that the same will happen with humans taking the supplement.

What do customers say about Nerve Renew?
The supplement as we now know it, Nerve Renew, is a re-branded version of the former Neuropathy Support Formula. That’s why most reviews we’ve found were related to this product, which is the same.
As usual, reviews are mixed. The supplement did help some people reduce neuropathy symptoms while it proved useless in the case of other customers who tried it. Yet, there’s one thing we should always keep in mind, what works for some people might bring no benefits to other people.
Most complaints we’ve found are related to the difficulty customers experienced when trying to cancel their autoship enrollment. We’ve also searched more about the company that manufactures Nerve Renew, Neuropathy Treatment Group based out of Eagle, ID, and we’ve found out that the company holds an A rating with the Better Business Bureau.
With supplements of this sort, you can never be sure that you will get the benefits the manufacturer claims you will. There are various reasons why we are skeptical. One of them is that neuropathy is hard to diagnose and to treat since there are more than 100 causes that lead to it.
Diabetes, alcohol abuse and hypothyroidism are just a few of them. Then, there are three different types of peripheral nerves that can be affected by neuropathy: autonomic, sensory and motor nerves. This makes this health condition even more complicated.
Then, each one of us is unique and nobody can guarantee you that will enjoy the same benefits as other people do. And last but not least, the market is now full of scam products that come with little information regarding their ingredients.
However, no matter the supplements you want to take, make sure you let your physician know about your intentions and take them only if you get his green light.
